1. What SoloBooks is

SoloBooks is software that stores your receipts and invoices, uses AI to suggest entries that you review and approve, shows totals, and produces a year-end summary, an evidence pack and a step-by-step guide. SoloBooks provides general information, not tax advice. It does not submit returns, does not act on your behalf with the Federal Tax Authority, and does not represent you.

2. Your responsibilities

You check and approve every entry and you decide what to file. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and returns, for meeting deadlines and for keeping records for the legal period. Check official FTA and Ministry of Finance sources for your situation.

3. Free month and plans

New accounts get 1 month free with no card. After that, you choose a plan: Clôture 349 AED/year; Solo 99 AED/month or 990 AED/year; Plus 179 AED/month or 1,790 AED/year, with the document limits shown on the pricing page. Without a plan, your data stays readable and exportable but new uploads pause. No payment is taken through the service today; payment terms, renewal and refund rules will be shown before any charge.

4. Acceptable use

Upload only documents you are entitled to process. No unlawful content, no attempts to access other accounts or disrupt the service.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available but do not guarantee it. AI suggestions can be wrong. We may change features or these terms with notice by email.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for penalties, taxes or losses resulting from your filings or decisions, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Law
