SoloBooks is software for owners of UAE solo companies: upload receipts and invoices, review the entries the AI suggests, follow your Small Business Relief and VAT thresholds, and download a year-end summary, an evidence pack and a step-by-step filing guide. It is software only: no tax advice and no filing on your behalf.

Every plan starts with 1 month free, no card required. All prices include VAT.

How billing works

Payments are not open yet. Until then, accounts that pick a plan keep using the service for free. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which is named at checkout and on your receipt.
Subscriptions are charged in AED, VAT included (amounts above). The exact amount, billing period and renewal date are shown at checkout before you pay.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Optional year-end review (separate service)

An independent reviewer based in the UAE can check your year-end summary before you file: 490 AED per tax year (Standard), 790 AED (Extended: VAT-registered or Plus), −30% for yearly subscribers, free for our first 5 clients. It is a human service, not part of the software subscription, billed separately. No payment is taken for it today. Accounting review only: not tax advice, not filing.
