Corporate Tax deadline calculator
Enter the last day of your tax year. You get the date your return and payment are due, and, for a first tax year, the date that cancels the 10,000 AED late-registration penalty.
What it checks
- Return and payment: within 9 months after the end of the tax year. Example: 31 December 2026 → 30 September 2027.
- First tax year: file within 7 months after its end and the late-registration penalty is cancelled. Example: 31 December 2026 → 31 July 2027.
- Registration: a company set up on or after 1 March 2024 registers within 3 months of its incorporation date.
Filing late costs 500 AED a month for the first 12 months, then 1,000 AED a month. Put the dates in your calendar today.
